		<description>While lower salary and fewer benefits are effective bargaining chips, I&#039;d save those as a last resort. Telework is already a win-win situation without that.  If you must go the route of lower pay, try building in the agreement that it will only be temporary... long enough to ease the upfront startup costs of telework (note: these costs are generally made up within the first year just in real estate savings, etc).</description>
