Jared Fletcher, Vice President, Strategic Sourcing and VSC Operations
Jared is responsible for the company’s Arise Certified Professional (ACP) sourcing, recruiting, and screening efforts as well as the communications and relations with the company’s ACPs. Previously, Jared served as Vice President of Transformation at Arise.
Before joining Arise in 2007, Jared was the founder and principal of JAF Enterprises International, a management consulting firm that developed business, strategic and operational plans for multiple start-ups and performed consulting engagements for a number of private and public companies. Jared also founded ResTrust, an award-winning premier provider of resume certification services.
Jared’s professional career includes executive and management positions at Accenture and Cap Gemini. He is the winner of the South Florida Business Journal’s 2007 Technology Award in the Rising Star Category and was a Top 20 Finalist in the Forbes.com “Boost Your Business Contest.”
Jared is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics and Six Sigma Black Belt Certified. He graduated from Emory University, Goizueta Business School with Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Strategy and Finance. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
Jessica LaFlesch, Admissions Coordinator & Sourcing Specialist
Jessica is responsible for Arise Canada’s Arise Certified Professional (ACP) sourcing and Admissions progression.
Prior to her employment with Arise, Jessica was the owner / operator of her own Virtual Service Corporation that was contracted with Arise to provide customer service, sales and technical support services to valued Arise clients.
Jessica’s professional career includes quality, training and supervisory positions with two of the world’s largest issuers of consumer credit products and services.
