The topic for this show is telecommuting opportunities for disabled Americans. Joining me is Dr. M.J. Willard, Executive Director of National Telecommuting Institute.

NTI is a nonprofit organization specializing in staffing Americans who need work-from-home jobs due to physical disability. NTI taps into this underutilized workforce, enabling them to effectively apply their skills by matching them with legitimate work from home opportunities suited to their situation and requirements.

M.J. founded NTI in 1995 to help people with severely reduced mobility find home-based jobs. Dr .Willard has focused on developing practical home-based work solutions for people with disabilities. M.J. has worked with individuals with significant physical disabilities since obtaining her Ed.D in Behavioral Psychology from Boston University in 1978. She is recognized as an authority in the field of telework options for people with disabilities.
