I had a great interview with Aaron Kannowski, the Marketing, PR & Voice Specialist at Working Solutions, a company that pioneered the virtual call center in 1996 using home-based agents.  Working Solutions has thousands of people working from home as independent contractors.  Essentially, they run their own business and choose the hours they want to work.  Primarily, Working Solutions’ agents answer customer sales and service phone calls for large companies; however, some agents also answer emails and chats, and some perform transcription work, too.

Aaron has worked many years in broadcasting and was a national disc jockey for Radio Disney.  He grew up in Michigan, graduating with his Bachelor’s in Business Management from Central Michigan University.  Currently, Aaron lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and 1-year-old, and he also operates a mobile DJ service called Uptown Sound.

We talked about what it’s like to work for Working Solutions, what the requirements are, how to apply and all that good stuff. Want to know how you can become an agent  for Working Solutions? Click Play and find out!
