I remember quite a while ago reading about a gal who convinced her boss to let her telecommute and she hated it. She ended up back in the office after a month or two as I recall. I completely agree working from home is not for everyone and there are some real issues that needs to be well-thought out. It's not that easy to say, "Yeah, I want to work at home.
