Today is Casey’s first day of school, 7th grade– I can’t believe it. Lauren starts college next week. As bummed out as I was that summer was over, I have to admit that it will be good to get back to my routine. It’s very easy to be distracted during summer with kids home, the beach calling to us, etc. I won’t even tell you when the last time I went to the gym was. Shameful.
Anyways, now it’s time to get back on track. I’ve got some ideas percolating for the site, my ezines and I’m also playing around with an idea I have for a new business. I’m really excited about it….I’ll keep you posted as I get from rough idea (where I’m at right now) to a real plan. I will say that it will be a business that is focused on something I absolutely love, which is one of the most important ingredients for a successful business.
I hope you all enjoyed your summer and that those of you with kids have a smooth transition back to school.

Your summer with the children and all the distractions obviously did you much good. It got your creative juices flowing and planted the seed for your new business idea. Good luck with your planning.
