There should be more companies offering Telecommuting positions. I think in the long run, it saves both the employee & the employer money, and moms can be in the home raising their children.

Dear Sharon,

I have been looking into ways to telecommute for quite some time and want to take the plunge. I’m “retired” now and have some retirement income, but am planning to move back to a rural area of Northern California within the year. Your article was just what I needed to hear.
